Logistics and Procurement: Manage material delivery flow and distribution to installation sites. Supplier Relationship Management: Negotiate delivery timelines, follow up on deliveries, and approve new partners to maintain Sport It standards. KPI Analysis: Monitor delivery timelines, customer satisfaction scores, and assembly efficiency.
