Lead problem-solving sessions and kaizen **Job Description:** ---------------------- Job Description: Act as a transformation agent in the Processes and Strategic Projects area, responsible for implementing, disseminating, and sustaining the Lean Construction methodology on construction sites, ensuring continuous improvement of construction processes and team development for lean practice consolidation. Key Responsibilities: \* Implement Lean Construction routines and tools on construction sites \* Train teams on lean practices \* Ensure stabilization and sustainability of implemented routines \* Map and analyze construction processes \* Develop and standardize lean operational procedures \* Monitor performance and efficiency indicators \* Lead problem-solving sessions and kaizen \* Provide technical support to site teams \* Define and track action plans for practice advancement \* Execute corrective actions for process stabilization \* Develop and deliver Lean Construction training \* Develop supporting and standardization materials Requirements: \* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields \* Knowledge of Lean Construction and continuous improvement \* Experience in process mapping and standardization \* Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) \* Experience with problem-solving tools (e.g., Kaizen) Preferred Qualifications: \* Postgraduate degree in Lean Manufacturing/Construction, Process Management, or related fields \* Experience implementing lean methodologies on construction sites \* Experience leading technical training and developing training materials \* Experience as a lean practice multiplier or facilitator **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ COMPLETED BACHELOR'S DEGREE **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Medical and Dental Insurance.
