With a combination of project coordination experience and strong technical background in HR digitization, you must be able to assess organizational processes, understand the capabilities and limitations of different technologies, and recommend solutions that improve business processes and overall efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital future of our HR services and contribute to creating a workplace that embraces diversity and innovation. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Lead digital transformation initiatives, collaborating closely with HR teams and stakeholders. * Possess technical knowledge and system expertise across multiple platforms, demonstrating adaptability and learning ability to address business challenges using new tools such as artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, business process management solutions, and robotics. * Use low\-code and no\-code platforms to design, build, and maintain applications, workflows, and automation solutions. * Optimize HR processes through technical solutions, automation, and system integration. * Collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders to identify gaps, non\-value\-adding steps, and other impediments to efficient process operations. * Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with HR and organizational objectives. * Create project plans with critical milestones supporting project timelines and goals.
