If you identify with our story, come join our team! **Your activities will be:** Coordinate the production department, establishing procedures, work instructions, goals and indicators to be evaluated; Keep technical documentation of machines, equipment and facilities up to date. Develop plans and coordinate the acquisition and use of machines, equipment and tools used in the production area, together with Management. Prepare workforce forecasting plans according to production demand; Evaluate production priorities together with the sales department, activating specific sectors, reallocating personnel and work lines; Make purchase requests; Provide training to customers and employees when necessary; Conduct hiring and termination processes together with the Human Resources department; Request training for the work team; Monitor new employees' training and their development, intervening whenever necessary; Provide support to Management whenever needed; Monitor production targets control; Ensure delivery of production within established deadlines; Ensure product quality; Organize, control and integrate productive sector activities; Monitor delivery deadlines and sector priorities; , **We are looking for professionals who have:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields; Knowledge in leadership and people management; Proficiency in Production Planning and Control.
