




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for implementing and enforcing the Quality Management System, safeguarding the company's assets, and continuously pursuing self-development. Perform setups, monitor quality, and assist in operator training. **Benefits:** * Medical Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit * On-site Meal * Food Allowance * Life Insurance * Shuttle Service * Profit Sharing (PLR) **Requirements:** * Completed High School Education. * Technical Education in Plastics or related Production fields. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and enforce the company's Quality and Environmental Management System, ensuring compliance with all Quality requirements and certification body standards within their department; * Safeguard company assets, confidentiality of information, projects, and strategic decisions, preventing risks of any nature and mitigating their effects; * Continuously pursue self-development to enhance job-related competencies; * Monitor machine and mold performance; * Identify root causes of equipment malfunction and arrange necessary repairs as quickly as possible; * Prepare and adjust injection molding machines and/or injection blow molding machines, performing process interventions and corrections when required to ensure conformity with technical specifications and standard cycle times; * Perform setups (mold change, color change, version change, die change); * Monitor part quality together with operators through visual product inspection, using specific devices defined in the company's control plan when necessary, and record results in relevant documents; * Guide team members on company regulations, work procedures, and other aspects related to their area of responsibility; * Assign tasks among team members, verifying whether responsibilities are correctly performed according to each individual's role or position, and whether work programs and service orders are executed properly per established norms and procedures; report anomalies to the supervisor/coordination immediately; * Ensure products are correctly identified, counted, inspected, and packaged per established standards; * Prepare daily reports for their shift, transferring relevant information to the technician of the next shift; * Operate injection molding machines and/or injection blow molding machines when required; * Perform mold and color changes when required; * Assist in training and guiding new operators; * Request necessary consumables and materials for each shift; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace to support effective operations; * Assist in qualification testing of raw materials, machines, and new products; * Propose process improvements in work methods and cycle time reduction; * Support the maintenance team during machine interventions; * Train new machine technicians; * Other tasks assigned by management.
