If you are **dynamic, observant, and proactive**, join our **Human Resources team!** Join our team and be \#Reference! **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage locally all human resources processes, from attraction and onboarding through performance, development and career progression to engagement and retention. * Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, developing customized strategies to meet the needs and specificities of business areas at all levels (operational and strategic positions). * Define attraction and selection strategies, proposing tailored solutions for each client/business area served. * Monitor received positions, striving to start and complete the selection process in the shortest possible time. * Consolidate and analyze key business indicators such as: Productivity, Personnel Costs, Absenteeism. * Support the execution of facility management processes such as restaurant services, reception, and cleaning. * Ensure good relationships between departments and teams contribute positively to smooth business operations and results. * Train and develop work teams using effective methodologies to ensure high performance with quality of life and job satisfaction. * Develop high-performance leaders. * Collaborate in compliance with legal procedures by advising managers and other HR professionals. * Develop relevant indicators and controls for the area. * Prepare routine reports to be presented to management. * Conduct market research and headhunting for strategic and technical positions; attract and select candidates through selection tools. * Coordinate and conduct internal training, onboarding, benefits management, and internal employee events. * Payroll management (hiring, vacations, termination, severance, payroll, electronic time clock, etc). * Control the execution of ASO medical exams, experience with PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, CIPA, SIPAT, NR1 programs. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed higher education * Experience as a BP (Business Partner) will be considered a great advantage * Experience in management and leadership * Experience in personnel department and human resources routines * Good knowledge of Excel and computer skills * Must reside in the Jundiaí/SP region **Additional information** Work schedule: Business hours Salary: Market competitive **Benefits:** * In-house meal * Medical and dental plan * Pharmacy discount program * School supply allowance (for those with children in school) * University partnership * Corporate library * Partnership with SESC Founded in 1964, Walsywa is a reference in construction fastening in Brazil.
