The coordinator will be responsible for managing all people management-related activities, ensuring employee development and satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement training and development policies and practices; * Manage the TD team; * Plan and execute training and development programs; * Monitor organizational climate and promote improvement actions; * Act as a mediator in conflicts; * Coordinate training, development, and employee and leader capability programs; * Map organizational development needs and propose action plans; * Implement and monitor organizational climate, engagement, and culture programs; * Support leaders in feedback, performance management, and succession processes; * Conduct climate, engagement, and satisfaction surveys, transforming results into practical initiatives; * Ensure the application of modern human development methodologies aligned with the company's strategic objectives; * Act as an HR strategic partner, connecting people to the business. **Requirements** * Leadership and team management skills; * Degree in Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work strategically and collaboratively; * Experience with Corporate University.
