Job Summary: Manage plastic injection projects, aiming at process optimization, cost reduction, and team development—from design through to production. Key Highlights: 1. Development of robust processes and molds Achieve significant financial results from the project. Manage work and provide technical support to the team (Plastic Injection Process Technicians). Seek technological solutions for cost reduction, process optimization, and professional training. Evaluate mold designs, toolmakers, and DFM analyses. Develop robust processes and molds—from design through to delivery to production. * Analysis and evaluation of mold, machine, and equipment designs; * Participation in mold design reviews, assessing tool design, raw material, and volume; * Development of machines and peripherals; * Formulate improvement proposals with robust projects using quality tools and statistical studies; * Train operators, setup technicians, mold changers, and team leaders; * Discuss product-, project-, mold-, and process-related issues with project, engineering, and tooling teams; * Conduct new tool try-outs to define the process and prepare all related documentation; * Participate in analyses of injection-related mold problems together with the project and tooling teams; * Guide the entire technical team regarding activity follow-up; * Carry out activities aimed at scrap reduction and efficiency improvement; * Develop projects for cost reduction; * Respond to 8D reports related to internal and external complaints; * Safeguard company assets by monitoring the condition of resources available for task execution; * Understand the company's vision, mission, and values, as well as internal procedures and established policies.
