Job Description Operate at least three Group 1 equipment units and be qualified and assigned to operate two Group 2 equipment units, such as: D9 or larger crawler tractors, excavators up to 200 t (LIEBHERR 944 and 964), and CAT 993 or larger wheel loaders. Responsibilities and Duties Operate at least three Group 1 equipment units and be qualified and assigned to operate two Group 2 equipment units, such as: D9 or larger crawler tractors, excavators up to 200 t (LIEBHERR 944 and 964), and CAT 993 or larger wheel loaders; Daily inspect equipment conditions and status at the start of each shift; Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures to safeguard equipment integrity; Verify operational conditions for loading and hauling to maintain equipment integrity; Maintain haul road conditions; Keep the operated equipment clean internally; Comply with the company’s production or infrastructure plan Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** High school diploma Relevant work experience. **Required:** Driver’s license class C, D, or E. **HSSD Responsibilities:** **Align with our core values:** Safety, Respect, Integrity, and Excellence.
