Job Description: * Completed high school education; * Flexible availability for shift work. .Know, operate, prepare, adjust, and make corrections during operations on extruders and thermoforming machines. .Perform all types of changeovers on extruders and thermoforming equipment in the area. .Program resin feeders and masterbatch dosers for extruders and thermoforming machines. .Carry out activities specified in open Work Orders. .Approve and correct tube colors using dosers. .Adjust temperature parameters, dosing speeds, compression time, tube loading/unloading, and loading device and flap settings. .Perform electronic color/resin cleaning of the thermoforming machine’s barrel, as well as cleaning of materials from feeders (for extruders and thermoforming machines) and air filters on feeders. .Complete maintenance Work Orders and follow up with the supervisor. .Perform self-inspection and carry out lubrication tasks. .Perform low-complexity maintenance (e.g., replacing pins, screws, nozzles, belts, fixing air and oil leaks, etc.). .Assist in rework / Support new employees / Approve production line within established parameters. .Record issues identified on machines and equipment in the designated tracking system. .Compare standard tube color with the ongoing process. .Conduct tests and measurements based on MIPs (Manufacturing Instruction Procedures). .Keep Process Sheets updated / Participate in continuous improvement teams. .Complete Production Monitoring and Incident Reports. .Know your work area thoroughly and suggest and/or implement improvements. .Control production quantities according to the specific OP (Production Order) and MIP. .Meet production and scrap targets / Produce samples (development). .Know and practice occupational safety obligations, rights, and responsibilities. .Know all sensors (safety and operational), ensuring they remain fully functional. .Maintain cleanliness and organization at your workstation following 5S principles. .Know and apply the Quality Policy and ISO 9000 concepts. .Contact support departments when necessary. .Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities in your area. .Perform other related and inherent job duties. 2512120202501916041
