Heavy Machinery Training or Hydraulic Excavator Operator Course. **Desirable Requirements:** Good verbal and written communication skills (daily completion of machine-related forms), strong reading ability, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and interest in professional growth. **Working Hours:** Shift-based work (specific shift will be confirmed during the in-person interview with the Supervisor; night shift availability required).
