




Job Summary: An operational security professional to lead complex projects, develop risk analysis methodologies, and manage incidents, ensuring the protection of people and assets. Define and implement comprehensive security and access management policies. To work in the Operational Security Group (SOP) under the Deputy Directorate of Infrastructure (DAI). The Asset Security Group, linked to Operational Security, aims to ensure the protection of people, physical assets, and operational continuity on campus. Its main responsibilities include: Establishing control procedures for the entry, movement, and exit of assets; Conducting monitoring and recordkeeping to ensure traceability of assets under CNPEM’s responsibility; Supporting asset inventories and audits, ensuring compliance with internal and legal standards; Implementing loss prevention measures, preventing misplacement and unauthorized use of equipment and materials; Integrating asset security actions with other areas to reduce risks and protect strategic resources; Supporting operational security through complementary access controls and surveillance.
