




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring department preparation and setup, receiving and organizing goods, and maintaining quality and operational standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure daily preparation and setup of the department with prompt customer service 2. Perform cleaning, organization, and storage of products in the cold room 3. Maintain equipment in good condition and ensure product compliance * Contribute to ensuring necessary supplies for the shift are available in adequate quantities, guaranteeing daily department preparation and setup and prompt customer service, always using products approved by the Network; * Unload and receive goods from trucks; * Perform cleaning and organization, as well as removal and storage of products in the cold or frozen room during operations; * Ensure equipment used is in good condition and working properly, reporting to Leadership any need for maintenance or replacement; * Verify that products to be used comply with quality standards, following Network and Sanitary Surveillance procedures, and report any irregularities—such as expired products—to Leadership; * Be familiar with the menu and preparation procedures for weights and measures (Operational Manual), seeking continuous updates from Leadership to ensure compliance with Network standards; * Clean and organize your work area according to Network and Sanitary Surveillance guidelines; * Act cooperatively, oriented toward teamwork, supporting other departments and leaders with the sole objective of enhancing the Brand’s reputation and improving store performance.
