




**REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed technical education in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, Automation, and/or related fields; \- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with TOTVS Protheus system is desirable; \- Prior experience in equipment maintenance (experience in household appliances is a strong advantage); \- Willingness to travel when required to perform technical assistance services; \- Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **\-** Receive and register technical assistance and warranty requests; verify request eligibility; guide customers on the necessary procedures to activate warranty coverage; and monitor the status of requests until issue resolution; \- Provide initial technical support; supply information on correct product usage; clarify customer inquiries; and maintain communication with customers to provide updates on the status of technical assistance requests; \- Perform external specialized technical services, as needed, related to customer technical support, warranty fulfillment, and technical assistance; \- Develop theoretical and/or practical presentations for events and training sessions targeting internal and external customers.
