If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Contribute to the development and implementation of company projects by applying innovations, new methods, equipment, and instruments that optimize resource utilization, improve productivity and infrastructure, and streamline corporate processes—while also monitoring construction execution and supervising adherence to the defined scope, aiming to deliver stable, fully operational projects within client-established criteria. **Detailed Description:** Ensure technical compliance and quality of electrical projects, performing verification, approval, and field implementation oversight to guarantee safety, performance, and schedule adherence. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Perform technical verification and approval of electrical projects (single-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, functional schematics, load lists, and descriptive memoranda). * Validate cable sizing, protection devices, grounding systems, lightning protection systems (SPDA), electrical panels, and power distribution systems. * Evaluate project criteria regarding safety, reliability, selectivity, and operational continuity. * Identify inconsistencies, interferences, and constructability risks, proposing technically sound solutions. * Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, automation, civil, and process). * Monitor field execution (cable laying, panel assembly, connections, and energization), ensuring adherence to the approved design. * Support the construction team in addressing deviations and non-conformities. * Participate in inspections, electrical tests (megger, continuity, functional), and commissioning and energization activities. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical and safety standards (NR-10, relevant NBRs, IEC). * Control engineering changes (as-built) and ensure technical traceability. * Report status, risks, and deviations, proactively mitigating impacts on schedule, cost, and quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with active registration at CREA. * Proven experience in industrial electrical systems projects and implementation. * Proficiency in reading and analyzing electrical diagrams (single-line, three-line, functional schematics) and calculation memoranda. * Knowledge of applicable technical standards (NR-10, NBRs, IEC) and protection and selectivity criteria. * Field experience (installation, electrical testing, energization, and commissioning). * Critical project analysis capability, risk management skills, and strong multidisciplinary interface. **Preferred Qualifications:** * High technical rigor in reviewing and approving electrical projects, ensuring quality and minimizing rework. * Strong field presence, ensuring alignment among design, installation, and system energization. * Consistent experience in testing, commissioning, and startup, ensuring operational reliability. * Ability to analyze and mitigate electrical risks (protection, selectivity, safety, and continuity). * Integrated planning vision, prioritizing critical systems to meet schedule requirements. * Fluent English and a postgraduate degree in Project Management, adding value in stakeholder engagement and efficient project delivery. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office * Work Location: Paulínia/SP * Working Hours: 44 hours per week **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gympass Membership Educational institution discounts and partnerships * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
