Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for managing and organizing bidding processes, supporting budgeting and proposal teams, and analyzing documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work on organizing bidding processes. 2. Administrative support to budgeting and proposal teams. 3. Documentation analysis and identification of inconsistencies. Receive, organize, and save bidding processes on the internal network; Conduct preliminary documentation analysis (project checklists, scope, and requirements); Identify pending items and flag inconsistencies at the beginning of the process; Consolidate and disseminate key process information\-such as deadlines, technical site visits, project type and scale, and contracting regime; Support the submission and tracking of quotations from suppliers; Provide administrative support to budgeting and proposal teams. **Desired Qualifications:** Organization and attention to detail; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in handling files, folders, and document control; Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite; Proactive attitude and sense of priority. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in construction companies, engineering firms, or budgeting departments; Experience with construction bidding processes; Basic ability to read technical drawings.
