Opportunity for on-call shifts and exceptional support **Key Responsibilities:** Providing specialized support for data center environments, servers, networks, databases (Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle), etc. * Managing physical servers; Hyper\-V and VMware-based clusters; and storage systems; * Creating/Configuring virtual machines in clusters; * Installing/Configuring switches and access points; * Configuring wireless networks; * Configuring/verifying backup routines (daily activity); * Configuring VLANs on manageable switches; * Opening/Monitoring service tickets with outsourcing vendors (servers, firewalls, internet links, antivirus, etc.); * Managing wireless controller updates; * Managing access point updates; * Managing server operating system updates; * Managing antivirus updates; * Creating/maintaining up-to-date documentation for managed environments; * Supporting the NOC team and Bionovis specialists; * Creating/Managing/Maintaining MS SQL Server and Oracle database instances; * Escalating issues to responsible support teams. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in: IT, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields Certifications such as: VMware (VCP) Microsoft (AZ / MCSA / Windows Server) Cisco (CCNA) **Working Hours:** **Business Hours:** Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM On-call (Emergency Support) Exceptional support outside business hours Between 6:01 PM and 5:59 AM on weekdays; Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; Meal allowance R$ 28.00; After probation period: Unimed Health Plan Dental Plan Student agreement with Uninter SESC agreement Access to Totalpass Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
