Job Summary: Responsible for leading logistics operations, managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring the integrity of all movements, with a focus on continuous improvement and people development. Data analysis and continuous improvement **Description:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; Advanced Excel skills; Minimum experience in this role and in logistics operations; Prior experience in people management; Thorough understanding of the logistics operations business model; Process management using KPIs, involving the team and establishing corrective actions; Knowledge of Kaizen and 5S methodologies is desirable; Analytical capability to diagnose process improvements and influence people.
