If you are passionate about developing people, skilled at objective communication, proactive in solving problems, challenges, or unexpected situations, act with critical thinking, and demonstrate discipline in meeting deadlines, this role may be perfect for you. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the execution of operational activities with the following requirements: Manage all operational activities typical of Ambev’s urban beverage distribution; Ensure achievement of team people-related KPIs (absenteeism, turnover, net working hours, etc.); Motivate, train, and develop leadership and operational teams; Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain safe working conditions for the team; Preserve relationships with the client and with the client’s customers; Provide operational conditions enabling team routine execution and results attainment; Carry out People & Management routines, per People Cycle, Training & Development, Safety, and other processes; Commit to operational targets jointly defined with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program. **Requirements for this role:** Completed Bachelor’s degree; Postgraduate degree preferred; Intermediate Office package proficiency; Time availability and flexibility with working hours; Proven experience in management. **Our benefits include:** Transportation allowance, meal allowance, food allowance, Intermedica health plan, life insurance, birthday leave.
