Efficient material management and quality control Position: Construction Foreman Main Responsibilities * Team coordination: Organize workers, assign tasks according to skills, and supervise proper execution of work. * Technical supervision: Interpret project documents and ensure that activities such as masonry, electrical, and plumbing work are carried out in accordance with the plan. * Material management: Monitor inventory, guide appropriate usage, and prevent waste. * Quality control: Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Site safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Schedule monitoring: Track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and adjust for unforeseen circumstances when necessary.
