Description

Job Summary: Perform masonry, concrete, and other similar material work, guided by drawings, schematics, and specifications to construct buildings and other structures. Key Highlights: 1. Carry out tasks in accordance with the quality management system procedures. 2. Apply finishes and screeds in compliance with Plaenge's quality standards. 3. Collaborate in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the worksite. Responsibilities: 1\- Perform tasks in accordance with the quality management system procedures; 2\- Lay bricks and other construction materials to build walls, partitions, and other structures; 3\- Apply plaster or similar materials (e.g., cement mortar, gypsum) to walls, fences, and building façades; 4\- Apply finishes and screeds in compliance with Plaenge Group's quality standards; 5\- Carry out construction activities under the supervision of a site foreman or construction supervisor; 6\- Receive instructions from immediate supervisors and exchange information regarding tasks and incidents to ensure continuity of work; 7\- Collaborate in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the worksite; 8\- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations; 9\- Perform other duties related to the position and/or as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform masonry, concrete, and other similar material work, guided by drawings, schematics, and specifications, using appropriate methods and tools for the trade, to construct buildings and similar structures. **Additional Information** Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with a real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we are proud of what we have built: projects that transform cities, relationships grounded in respect and trust, and a team that grows alongside our history.
