Engemix is Votorantim Cimentos’ concrete business unit. Founded in 1968, Engemix has established itself as a reference in concrete quality. With over 40 strategically located concrete plants across Brazil, the Engemix brand has participated in some of Brazil’s most important projects, including Guarulhos Airport and the Estaiada Bridge, both in São Paulo state; Grêmio Arena in Porto Alegre (RS); the Aracati Wind Farm in Ceará (CE); the Olympic Park in Rio de Janeiro (RJ); and Pernambuco Arena in Recife (PE). **Responsibilities and Duties**
Operate manual or automated loading of ready-mix concrete trucks at the concrete plant;
Monitor daily dispatch via scheduling system to ensure on-time delivery as stipulated by the customer;
Ensure concrete dosage complies with technical specifications for ready-mix concrete truck loading;
Monitor calibration of aggregate, cement, admixture, and water scales performed by contracted companies to ensure equipment calibration accuracy. Perform calibrations whenever necessary using the unit’s standard weights;
Conduct volume, weighing, and moisture content tests on fine aggregates from trailers, following specific procedures to ensure optimal performance during receipt of these materials;
Monitor and verify receipt of cement, admixtures, and aggregates;
Authorize unloading of MCCs (Materials Control Cards) in the yard and record received invoices in the system (Excel / SAP);
Coordinate with the MCC request supervisor to plan raw material demand required for concrete production;
Schedule drivers for next-day operations according to scheduling demand;
Control and request team meals (boxed lunches) whenever necessary, per established PO guidelines;
Support control and execution of administrative and operational activities related to product and input logistics, fleet management, quality analysis, administrative services, and people management, following pre-established instructions and procedures;
Perform raw material inventory counts, including verification, adjustments, and other required procedures;
Assist production in addressing demands, supporting problem-solving for related issues;
Support fleet and plant management regarding vehicle cleaning, checklists, tire map control, anomaly label issuance, and maintenance/repair requests, per established procedures;
Carry out activities in accordance with predefined safety, quality, and environmental standards to support the company in achieving its goals;
Perform safety procedures as required, including issuing Work Permit Authorizations (APT) and Risk Analysis Reports (APR);
Perform cleaning procedures for equipment — whether mixer or batching plant — according to manufacturer specifications;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed High School education.
