Here, every team member is a fundamental part of our mission and the company’s growth. ### **About the Role** We are looking for a **Marketing** professional to work on **Internal Communications, Employer Branding, and Social Media**, strengthening our culture, engaging employees, and connecting talent with the purpose of **Virtual Connection** and **Rotina Imobiliária**. This person will be responsible for creating narratives, campaigns, and content that reflect who we are—both internally and externally. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and execute internal communication campaigns (annual calendar, monthly themes, climate initiatives, and corporate events); * Create copy and visuals for internal channels (corporate TVs, bulletin boards, corporate WhatsApp, and intranet); * Plan and execute the monthly social media calendar; * Create visual and audiovisual content (graphics, posts, reels, videos, and other formats); * Publish, monitor, and interact with audiences on official social media platforms; * Produce content featuring real employee stories to strengthen employer branding; * Plan and execute paid campaigns (Ads) to increase reach and attract talent; * Create materials for job postings and employer branding initiatives; * Support the Recruitment & Selection team in attraction strategies; * Create and track performance metrics (engagement, reach, campaign results, and Ads performance). ### **Prerequisites** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields). ### **Knowledge and Skills** * Social media management; * Content creation; * Canva; * Photoshop and Illustrator; * Video production and editing; * Campaign planning; * Analysis of KPIs and metrics; * Employer branding; * Support for R&S initiatives. ### **Work Schedule** * Weekly workload: **44 hours** * Employment type: **CLT** ### **Compensation** * Fixed salary: **R$ 2.765,57** per month ### **Benefits** * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Partnerships and discounts at various establishments; Birthday leave * ; * Educational assistance (undergraduate and postgraduate studies); * Language course assistance; * Professional development and career growth programs; * Celebrations and activities for special dates; * Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs; * Inclusive, respectful environment with representation; * And much more! ### **Our Way of Being** At **Virtual Connection**, we believe every person has something unique to offer.
