Description: * Hold a technical degree in Occupational Safety with valid registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * A university degree in Environmental Management or in Safety and Health is an advantage; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Be organized and possess public speaking skills, delivering Daily Safety Talks (DDS) and area-specific trainings; * Experience in the metal-mechanical sector; * Practical knowledge and experience in training, work activities, and projects related to NRs, especially NR-01, NR-06, NR-07, NR-10, NR-11, NR-12, and NR-13; * Practical knowledge and experience in projects and solutions related to NR-12; * Knowledge of NR-10, NR-11, NR-13, and NR-35; * Ability and ease in drafting standards, procedures, or work instructions; * Being an instructor for NR-11 and/or NR-35 is an advantage * Participation in and preparation of Risk Assessment Plans (PGR); * Conducting control of Admission, Periodic, Return-to-Work, and Dismissal Medical Examinations; * Approval and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respective controls (Delivery Forms, CA Control Records, etc.); * Delivering onboarding training for new employees and third-party service providers; * Experience conducting Preliminary Risk Analyses (APRs) and issuing Special Work Permits for third parties and high-risk internal activities; * Planning, participating in, and monitoring training sessions and meetings of the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and Fire Brigade; * Controlling hazardous materials and waste for proper disposal (sludge, oil, etc.); * Experience in environmental areas is desirable (e.g., CETESB licensing, issuance of MTRs and DMRs); * Training in NR-35 (work at heights) and for forklift operation (NR-11) is desirable, as well as practical knowledge of NR-12 and NR-10; * Authority inherent to the position; * Ability to easily deliver DDSs and specific area trainings; * Be dynamic and proactive; * Experience implementing or managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage. 2512130202201486065
