




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring operational excellence and economic-financial sustainability of the plants, managing performance, costs, quality of reused water, and customer relationships. Proactive mitigation of technical and contractual risks Ensure operational excellence and economic-financial sustainability of the plants under responsibility through integrated management of operational performance, cost control (OPEX), assurance of the quality and volume of reused water, and contractual relationship management with the customer, adopting a preventive approach to mitigate technical, regulatory, and contractual risks, thereby directly contributing to business results, reputation, and continuity. **Responsibilities and Duties** Consolidate, analyze, and present monthly operational and contractual plant results (reused water quality, production volume, and OPEX) in person to customers, demonstrating performance, justifying deviations, and aligning action plans to ensure transparency, contractual compliance, strengthened customer relationships, and risk mitigation to the business. * Consolidate, analyze, and periodically present operational and financial results of the plants under responsibility to the Executive Management, highlighting performance, deviations, risks, and action plans to support strategic decision-making, ensure achievement of targets, and sustain business results. * Manage and direct activities of Operations Supervisors and Operators through routine monitoring, priority setting, technical guidance, and performance tracking to ensure efficient execution of operations, achievement of established KPIs, and compliance with quality, safety, and cost standards. * Define, develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with plant KPIs through systematic analysis of operational and financial indicators, identification of deviations, and implementation of action plans to ensure operational performance, cost control, contractual compliance, and achievement of business goals. * Develop and structure investment plans for the plants through analysis of operational needs, assessment of technical and economic-financial feasibility, and project prioritization to ensure increased efficiency, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and sustainability of business results. * Monitor expenses jointly with Operations Supervisors by analyzing reports, tracking performance indicators, evaluating budget deviations, and proposing corrective actions when necessary to ensure efficient resource utilization, maintain costs within the approved budget, and contribute to financial sustainability and operational results. * Verify received documents, validate plant scope, check technical information compliance, and ensure all deliverables are complete and aligned with established guidelines, promoting appropriate alignment with involved departments when required, guaranteeing that operations have access to accurate, complete, and suitable information, ensuring efficient activity execution and compliance with technical and operational requirements. * Monitor project stage development, conduct technical and documentary analyses, verify adherence to scope, deadlines, and established standards, and promote alignment with responsible departments for adjustments and corrections when needed to ensure projects are delivered to the Operations area with quality, compliance, and according to defined technical requirements, guaranteeing greater efficiency in implementation and continuity of operational activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed (Engineering disciplines: Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil; Biological Sciences or Biology). Postgraduate degree (Specialization in Sanitary Engineering / Business Management). Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Language – Preferred: Intermediate English and Spanish. Desirable Requirements Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems. Monitoring of construction works and commissioning of such systems. Operational experience with treatment systems.
