**Job Responsibilities:** · Perform maintenance on computer networks and terminals; · Provide user support to resolve network and/or server issues; · Monitor local networks and internet connectivity; · Monitor and configure files, software, printers, and network-installed equipment; · Perform backups and other data security procedures; · Participate in analyses of computer parts/accessories and materials requiring configuration; · Train users on available applications and provide support in resolving issues; · Contact software vendors to resolve problems related to purchased applications; · Assemble equipment and deploy systems used by service units, including user training; · Perform equipment maintenance and upkeep; · Develop and implement network access and usage restriction procedures, such as password policies, drive removal, etc.; · Prepare reports documenting technical work performed. **Required Qualifications:** · Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or technical certification in IT. **Required Knowledge:** · Intermediate-level knowledge of programming logic for system development and maintenance; · Intermediate-level knowledge of object-oriented programming; · Intermediate-level knowledge of web platform development (C#); · Basic knowledge of SQL Server databases; · Intermediate-level knowledge of CSS, HTML, and XML; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **Permanent position** **Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Benefits: Transportation allowance—commensurate with public transportation costs in the city, R$1.00 (CLT); life insurance; meal allowance—R$430.00, paid via Alelo card.** Employment type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3,000.00 – R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
