Throughout its history, the company has actively contributed to the construction and modernization of Brazilian infrastructure, offering an innovative portfolio of solutions that empower customers to accelerate their own digital transformation and achieve greater sustainability. **Want to join this team?** We are looking for a **Mid-Level RPA Developer (Robotic Process Automation)** with a strong Change Management orientation to complement our technology team. **Want to join this team?** Check out our opportunity for a **Mid-Level RPA Developer (Robotic Process Automation)** **What will be your responsibilities?** * Develop new projects in UiPath and handle Change Requests primarily on the Blue Prism platform * Ensure understanding of business requirements specified by users in projects and requests * Design and support solution architecture based on agreed-upon requirements * Develop solutions, conduct testing, monitor implementation, and provide technical support during solution stabilization * Conduct code reviews (solutions) developed by other developers to ensure correct application of established guidelines, where applicable * Apply and guide the use of the development framework, best practices, and solution-specific guidelines across all stages of the process, using the globally defined methodology * Ensure transparency in project progress to support decision-making amid business challenges * Resolve operational issues related to digital solutions, with particular focus on root cause identification * Propose continuous improvement measures based on challenges encountered throughout the project lifecycle * Proactively learn existing solutions and contribute to their enhancement and maintenance as needed * Lead requirement refinement and testing meetings with clients (in English) **What qualifications are we seeking?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or related fields * Approximately 2–4 years of experience in RPA * Knowledge of RPA – Robotic Process Automation * Experience with multiple automation platforms, especially UiPath and Blue Prism * Understanding of digitalization concepts, programming logic, and data modeling * Advanced/Fluent English * CPM / PM@Siemens / PMI certification (preferred) **Work Location and Employment Model:** * CLT employment, hybrid model (remote work on some days per week!) * Jundiaí or São Paulo If you identify with what we’re looking for, apply now!
