This position requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple demands. **What will be your responsibilities?** • Act as the representative of the CPM (Commercial Project Management) area, ensuring adherence to company processes. * Responsible for project booking and recordkeeping, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and corporate guidelines. * Monitor project costs, including Forecast vs. Actual (FC x IST) analysis. * Manage cash inflow, including: coordinating with clients on payment alignment; issuing and tracking bank guarantees; * Align with PMs on releases of measurement reports linked to financial flow. * Identify risks, opportunities, and claims, proposing action plans together with Project Managers to mitigate NCCs. * Prepare and present quarterly project status reports to management, including KPI analysis and financial situation review. * Conduct client discussions on accounting and financial matters: billing statements, price adjustments, penalties, interest, and negotiations. * Execute operational tasks such as invoice issuance, PEP creation, purchase orders, DDLs, and system process closure. **What qualifications are we seeking?** • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros are a plus). * Proven experience with SAP and Excel. * Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate tools is a plus. * Demonstrated experience in project controlling. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Work Location and Employment Model:** * CLT employment, hybrid model (remote work on certain days of the week!) * Jundiaí – São Paulo If you identify with what we’re looking for, apply now!
