Responsibilities: * Provide N2 technical support for incidents and requests related to software, hardware, network, and corporate systems. * Perform advanced troubleshooting in Windows environments, networks, servers, printers, systems, and integrations. * Maintain Active Directory, including account creation and administration, groups, policies, and permissions. * Administer corporate licenses. * Participate in planning and execution of infrastructure, improvement, and migration projects. * Maintain and monitor network environments. * Support information security initiatives. * Produce and maintain documentation, procedures, and asset inventory. * Assist and share knowledge with Junior Analysts and Interns. Provide support for thermal printers. * Knowledge and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields; 365\. * Advanced English; Spanish is a plus. * Experience: N2 Support, network administration, server administration, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, MS Dynamics Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, with a 1-hour break; Benefits: Meal Allowance BRL 450.00, On-site Cafeteria, Medical, Dental and Pharmacy Plans, Life Insurance, Profit Sharing (PLR), Total Pass, Birthday Day Off, Transportation Allowance.
