Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Project Designer to develop and update architectural projects, focusing on project development and regularization. Key Highlights: 1. Architectural project development (Layout) and regularization 2. Updating projects in accordance with Covabra/municipal guidelines 3. Team collaboration and effective communication of ideas We are currently looking for a Technical Project Designer to work at our corporate office located in Sumaré. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. **Knowledge:** AutoCAD software, Microsoft Office suite, technical drawing. **Skills:** Proficiency and experience with AutoCAD software, ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas, interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration with other members, preparation of legally compliant architectural projects. **Expected Attitudes:** Attention to detail, enthusiasm for the field, proactivity, commitment. Main Responsibilities: Development of architectural projects (Layout) for new expansions and regularization (Legal Project). Updating current projects according to Covabra and/or municipal guidelines.
