Description

Job Summary: Design and develop electrical systems for MCC and PLC panels, ensuring compliance with technical standards and optimization of solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Development of complex electrical projects (MCCs and PLCs) 2. Use of EPLAN and AutoCAD in creating electrical diagrams 3. Focus on Siemens solutions and technical standards (NR-10, IEC, ABNT) Responsibilities: * Develop **electrical projects for MCC panels and PLC panels**, from conceptualization through release for manufacturing. * Create **power, control, and interconnection electrical diagrams**, using **EPLAN and AutoCAD**. * Select and specify **electrical and automation components** (circuit breakers, contactors, power supplies, drives, servo motors, encoders, I/O modules, etc.), with emphasis on **Siemens solutions**. * Develop **technical lists** (BOM), cable identification, terminal markings, and device labeling. * Ensure projects comply with applicable **technical standards** (NR\-10, IEC, ABNT). * Conduct technical interface with internal departments (maintenance, automation, engineering, and production) to align requirements. * Provide technical support during **panel assembly and commissioning**, clarifying questions and making necessary design adjustments. * Analyze improvements and modifications for **existing panels and systems**, proposing more efficient and safer solutions. * Organize and maintain up-to-date **technical project documentation**.
