




**Responsibilities:** \- Planning \- Schedule planning for project development; \- Organize/control the schedule for site visits (quotations for construction/projects); \- Customer Service \- Provide telephone support; \- Provide in-person counter service; \- Provide WhatsApp support; \- Provide email support; \- Initial customer registration; \- Phone calls/emails to portfolio customers (AVCB/CLCB); \- Quotations \- Prepare quotations; \- Send quotations; \- Follow up with customers (negotiation); \- Log completed calls in the CRM; \- Log sent quotations in the CRM; \- Projects \- Develop technical projects in accordance with current regulations; \- Generate documents such as ARTs (Technical Responsibility Statements), Technical Reports, Fire Brigade Certificates, in accordance with current regulations; \- Register and monitor simplified procedures on the Fire Department’s website; \- Register and monitor technical projects on the Fire Department’s website; \- Daily monitoring of the "Status" of ongoing processes/projects; \- Maintain contact with the Fire Department regarding requests for inspections, technical consultations, and other matters related to inspection and process review; \- Prepare the Fire Department’s Technical Support Form (FAT); \- Required Qualifications \- Completed high school education; Technical Diploma in Building Construction or equivalent; \- AutoCAD; \- Basic computer skills; \- Knowledge of the São Paulo State Fire Department Decree; Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Working Hours: * Monday through Friday Additional Compensation: * Thirteenth salary * Commission Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2,300.00 – R$3,500.00 per month
