If you are an **Agile**, **Innovative**, **Responsible** professional who considers yourself a **Role Model**, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties:** Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance on machines, electromechanical systems, and industrial equipment, through assessment and diagnosis of hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures; Responsible for disassembling, repairing, cleaning, testing, assembling, and replacing components; Carry out emergency maintenance, promptly responding to service requests via work orders; Conduct risk analysis prior to intervention, identify required parts and materials, and request their withdrawal from inventory or procurement, based on technical specification reports and/or alignment with immediate supervisor; Complete documentation for performed maintenance activities, maintaining up-to-date asset history records; Assemble mechanical or electrical components for machines or equipment according to drawings/designs; Ensure cleanliness of the assigned area, equipment, and machines under your responsibility, properly disposing of all waste generated during your activities; Suggest technical improvements to increase process efficiency and reduce unplanned downtime; Participate in productivity meetings when requested; Support internal and external audits by providing maintenance service records and evidence; Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to your field of expertise; Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and occupational safety standards as defined by internal policies and regulatory requirements; Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity within your area of expertise, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed Technical Course in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; Relevant work experience; Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical and pneumatic diagrams; Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:48 PM to 10:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Desirable:** Experience in maintenance of plastic injection molding machines, automated production lines, and robotic systems. Experience in continuous improvement projects. Knowledge of PLCs; familiarity with maintenance management systems; Additional training courses, SEP, NR12, NR35, and NR10.
