We are seeking a **Driver Assistant** to support cargo loading, unloading, and merchandise organization during deliveries. We are looking for someone committed, agile, and physically fit. ### **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Experience as an assistant, loader/unloader, or in a similar role (preferred) * Good physical fitness for operational tasks * Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork * Availability to work on routes and trips as needed * Good communication skills for basic customer service during deliveries ### **Responsibilities:** * Assist the driver in loading and unloading merchandise * Verify products, quantities, and invoices when requested * Organize and secure cargo inside the vehicle according to safety guidelines * Accompany the driver on delivery routes * Assist in basic vehicle inspections before and during trips (e.g., load securing, cargo arrangement, locking mechanisms, etc.) * Ensure proper handling and protection of transported goods * Support maintaining interior cleanliness and organization of the vehicle * Represent the company professionally during deliveries Salary: 2,000.00 – 2,300.00 Food basket Profit-sharing program Life insurance Shuttle service Transportation allowance Minimum Education Level: High School
