If you are passionate about turning ideas into impactful visual solutions, have a keen eye for detail, and constantly seek innovation, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** · Develop visual concepts, layouts, and graphics for various platforms (digital and print). · Create marketing materials, advertising campaigns, social media posts, email marketing, presentations, and other communication assets. · Design and optimize user interfaces (UI) for websites, apps, and other digital platforms, ensuring excellent user experience (UX). · Maintain brand visual identity consistency across all materials, following and evolving the style guide. · Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to transform requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions. · Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions. · Present and defend design solutions to internal stakeholders. · Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies. **Requirements:** · Completed or ongoing higher education in Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, Web Design, or related fields. · Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and a solid design process. · Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma/Sketch/XD). · Solid knowledge of design principles (typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy). · Experience with responsive design and usability focus. · Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. · Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to receive and apply constructive feedback. · **Advantageous Skills:** · Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing. · Experience in Social Media. · Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). · Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.
