Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, participate in menu planning meetings, and ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Guarantee of food quality and safety Assist in designated food pre\-preparation and preparation tasks under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, aiming to carry out production process stages. Participate in menu planning meetings together with the responsible Nutritionist and Head Chef. 1\. Pre\-prepare and prepare dishes and/or meats and/or salads and/or special diets; 2\. Organize the workstation with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment; 3\. Assemble and replenish food items; 4\. Ensure final product presentation; 5\. Conduct product tasting and approval (when responsible for the shift); 6\. Ensure food replenishment at the distribution counter; 7\. Collect and identify food samples; 8\. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas; 9\. Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards as well as workplace safety standards during task execution, in accordance with the Good Practices Manual; 10\. Perform related tasks; 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. Requirements: Experience in the role.
