Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Responsible for process automation based on system optimization to ensure the effectiveness of the Support Operations area through data; * Conduct critical analysis and identify root causes to propose data-driven solutions (productivity, departmental performance); * Perform data analysis—proficiency in developing and updating operational dashboards using Business Intelligence tools (Power BI); * Develop SQL queries (databases/SQL) for data extraction, manipulation, and acquisition from production systems across multiple sources; * Manage and monitor departmental KPIs; * Clear communication and presentation proficiency, focused on translating data into business insights to support decision-making; * Write code in SAP systems; * Develop data architecture in Data Lake / Data Bricks. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed * Advanced English required * Spanish is a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Power Apps, and SQL * Knowledge of SAP systems, Data Lake / Data Bricks * Experience with continuous improvement tools **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
