**Responsibilities and assignments**

**Lead Baker (Section Head):**
**5X2 Shift Schedule**
* Supervise the bakery team, ensuring preparation of breads, cakes, and other bakery products according to company quality standards.
* Manage raw material inventory, controlling procurement, storage, and usage of ingredients to avoid waste and ensure product availability.
* Monitor organization of the work area and equipment, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
* Coordinate daily production planning, adjusting output volume based on demand and promoting creation of new recipes.
* Provide training and support to the team, ensuring continuous process improvement and employee development.

**Requirements and qualifications**
