Interpret prescribed prescriptions and provide clarifications regarding the correct use of medications. Provide pharmaceutical care. Dispense medications. Perform SNGPC system entries. Monitor, count, and verify expiration dates of medications and controlled substances. Organize the injection administration room. Administer injectables. Train staff and perform other duties inherent to the pharmacist role. Previous experience as an Assistant Pharmacist, Junior Pharmacist, On-Duty Pharmacist, or Unit Pharmacist may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
