You will plan, supervise, and ensure the proper warehouse replenishment, order picking, and timely, productive, and high-quality retail store replenishment. Join the **\#GrupoNós** and seize the opportunity to help build the **fastest-growing retail company in Brazil**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Promote the company's vision, mission, and values; * Monitor team absenteeism and record it appropriately; * Create and monitor vacation schedules; * Supervise the driver and helper teams, ensuring operational discipline and route compliance; * Organize and assign daily tasks according to transportation planning; * Monitor delivery execution, addressing incidents, failures, and operational deviations; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, delivery time windows, and defined quality standards; * Monitor operational KPIs such as punctuality, productivity, failures, and damages; * Guide and train the team on procedures, delivery systems/apps usage, and internal policies; * Ensure correct use of PPE, safe driving practices, and compliance with safety regulations; * Support the supervisor in administrative team routines (scheduling, time tracking, records, and operational controls); * Resolve field issues by quickly and effectively directing corrective actions; * Ensure proper vehicle usage and maintenance of fleet assets; * Manage the electric fleet, monitoring battery levels, scheduling and controlling charging, ensuring vehicle availability for operations; * Adjust route execution based on electric vehicle autonomy, ensuring operational efficiency and avoiding interruptions due to low battery. * Conduct internal team meetings to communicate goals and achieved results; * Promote occupational safety policies and enforce PPE usage within your department; **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Seek:** Candidates with knowledge of transportation planning and control, expertise in fleet operations (distribution, route execution, and service level), intermediate Excel skills, and familiarity with TMS systems and tracking tools.
