CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Description

**Main responsibilities:** * Management of corrective maintenance for the fleet; * Monitoring of vehicles stopped on routes and at workshops; * Control of fleet availability; * Management of outsourced workshops and suppliers; * Yard organization and vehicle movement; * Scheduling of maneuvers; * Control of vehicle entry and exit; * Monitoring of mechanical roadside assistance; * Operational support to drivers; * Monitoring maintenance deadlines and quality; * Reduction of downtime and defect recurrence; * Management of the operational team related to maintenance and yard. **Requirements:** * Experience with truck and trailer maintenance; * Experience in freight transportation companies; * Knowledge of corrective maintenance for heavy-duty fleets; * Experience in yard management; * Organized, proactive profile with leadership skills; * Ability to make decisions under pressure; * Availability for operational support via phone/WhatsApp when required; * Knowledge of refrigerated vehicles is a plus. **Advantages:** * Experience with refrigerated fleets; * Knowledge of telematics; * Experience in maintenance performance indicator control; * Experience in managing third-party providers and external workshops. **Function indicators:** * Fleet availability; * Average downtime; * Corrective maintenance cost; * Defect recurrence rate; * Workshop turnaround time; * Number of roadside assistance events; * Yard operational organization and fluidity.
