**Responsibilities:** Registering and managing entries in the system, receiving and tracking packages, answering phone calls, monitoring security cameras, conducting inspection rounds within the residential complex, verifying incidents through on-site patrols, collaborating with the work team, providing direct assistance to residents, and supporting and responding to service-related inquiries. **Requirements:** Open to male or female candidates. Driver's license AB (with experience driving cars and motorcycles) is mandatory. Prior experience in night-shift concierge or security roles is preferred. Ability to resolve problems promptly. Proactivity and strong communication skills.
