We seek a Payroll Analyst to assume full responsibility for payroll processing and closing in a high-volume, complex operation. This position is strategic within the Human Resources Department and requires a hands\-on, organized professional with strong technical expertise, responsible for ensuring data accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with labor legislation. Key responsibilities include full payroll processing and closing, including salary calculations, statutory contributions, vacation accruals, terminations, and benefits; verification of payroll events; calculation and remittance of statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, and IRRF); submission of ancillary obligations such as eSocial, DCTFWeb, and SEFIP; reconciliation of amounts; and support for internal and external audits. The professional will also analyze inconsistencies, improve payroll processes, and collaborate with internal departments. We seek candidates with prior experience in end-to-end payroll closing, preferably in mid- to large-sized companies with a high employee count. Solid knowledge of labor and social security legislation, as well as intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in payroll systems and Excel, is essential. Experience with eSocial and other ancillary obligations, background in service companies, and familiarity with ERP systems will be considered advantageous. We seek an analytical, organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills for interacting with internal departments, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
