




Monitor and evaluate the quality of benefits offered by the company and employees' satisfaction levels. Identify, analyze, and assess opportunities for implementing new benefits or revising existing plans, considering emerging trends, identified needs, or corporate strategy. Provide support to internal clients on matters related to benefits; ensure all operational routines for maintaining beneficiary information are up to date in the systems. Monitor and evaluate benefit cost trends against company targets and recommend preventive or corrective actions necessary to minimize costs. Propose strategies for renegotiating contracts and participate in negotiations with service providers. Oversee employee transportation, meal benefits, medical and dental plans, life insurance, and other benefits.
