Job Summary:
The professional will load cargoes into the Scheduling Panel, issue Pickup Orders (OCTs), provide information to customers and guide them, communicate with drivers, and monitor deliveries/pickups.

Description:
YOU MUST HAVE
* Completed high school education
* Availability to work the 2nd shift from 2:10 PM to 10:26 PM, Monday through Saturday.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Residing in Vinhedo/SP or nearby areas.
* Experience in road freight transportation and warehouse routines.

WE COUNT ON YOU TO
* Load cargoes into the Scheduling Panel and issue Pickup Orders (OCTs);
* Provide information to customers and guide them on how to use travel inquiry tools;
* Communicate with drivers using control management tools (ATS);
* Monitor and update deliveries, pickups, or trips;
* Close trips and receipt documents, and clear supporting documentation.
* Comply with SGI procedures;
* Comply with and enforce Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental standards.
* Submit service requests via the GLPI system for all IT-related topics: Hardware and general IT infrastructure; relocation (of location or equipment) or equipment procurement; Hardware issues; System and general registration issues according to CIC rules.
