On-site at Leitão – Louveira\-SP **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (on Fridays, employees leave one hour earlier) **Employment Type:** Direct Hire (CLT) **Compensation:** **Salary:** 2\.189,97 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT) or transportation cost assistance; Meal/Voucher; Breakfast provided at the company **Job Responsibilities:** Finishing work on welded parts; operation of machines such as drill press, band saw, sander, multi-blade cutter; organizing and cleaning equipment and the production floor; loading and unloading trucks; assisting wherever requested by the immediate supervisor. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed Elementary Education No prior experience required Availability for overtime and weekend work when necessary. **Desirable Requirements:** Knowledge of measurements using tape measure, caliper, and materials used in metalworking. **Technical and Behavioral Competencies:** Organization and attention to detail when handling multiple projects; Ability to work under pressure; Effective communication and teamwork skills; Proactivity in proposing improvements to production processes. **Minimum Educational Requirement:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
