An automotive industry company is seeking a Controller professional in Campinas. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and treasury. Conduct monthly and annual accounting closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and present managerial and corporate financial reports to senior management and the international headquarters. Ensure company compliance with all tax, fiscal, and local and international regulatory requirements (IFRS). Actively participate in the development, review, and monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts (rolling forecast). Internalize all currently outsourced financial and accounting processes. Develop, lead, and train the internal finance team. Manage working capital, cash flow, and P\&L analysis. Coordinate and monitor internal and external audits. Serve as the primary financial reference for local operations and support strategic decision-making.
