Description

Job Summary: Budget and Cost Analyst responsible for preparing technical documentation, conducting quantity takeoffs and budgeting, and establishing cost benchmarks for residential developments. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in budgeting preferred 2. Civil Engineering degree 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Tasks 1\- Prepare technical documentation in the format stipulated by the financial agent, and register construction progress measurement data in the SADP system; 2\- Prepare technical documentation in the format stipulated by the insurance company. Compile monthly construction progress measurement data for submission to the insurance company. Register construction progress measurement data in the SADP system; 3\- Conduct data collection, analyze information, develop studies, analyze results, and finalize statistical budgets; 4\- Perform quantity takeoff for preliminary design, build structure in IFS, input data, price inputs, analyze results, and finalize the budget; 5\- Perform quantity takeoff for executive design, build structure in IFS, input data into the system, link activities across IFS modules, price inputs, validate budget compositions, analyze results, and finalize the construction budget; 6\- Develop the construction expense histogram; 7\- Register scopes of service supply for construction projects; **Responsibilities and Duties** Establish production cost benchmarks for residential developments, to be applied in financing contracting processes, construction delivery insurance, land acquisition feasibility assessments, profitability calculations for developments, and setting target construction cost values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Civil Engineering degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; * Preference \- Experience in budgeting. **Additional Information** Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we are proud of what we have built: projects that transform cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team that grows alongside our history.
