An engineering company is seeking a Commercial Manager in Caieiras. Econ Construtora is a civil construction company specializing in residential and commercial projects. With a qualified team, it consistently pursues excellence in service delivery. **Responsibilities:** Approve and negotiate commercial proposals. Manage relationships with real estate agencies (in-house and partner agencies) to monitor sales progress and define commercialization stages for projects. Conduct market analysis and research to formulate strategies. Present products to the sales team. Develop managerial presentations for company leadership. Design and deliver training programs for the sales team (products, systems, and processes). Previous experience as Commercial Director, Sales Coordinator, Sales Supervisor, or Business Development Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
