Description: Completed High School Courses in Quality field Desirable: 6 months of experience in the role * Select non-conforming products to separate good products from defective ones; * Complete the selection monitoring form according to internal procedures to ensure traceability; * Perform physical handling of non-conforming and released pallets, verifying the need to replace boxes to ensure product integrity and label replacement in case of damage or smudging; * Perform system-based transfers of products between warehouses and validate them weekly and monthly to ensure the system is functioning correctly; * Ensure, through weekly checks, that the total physical quantity of products in Warehouse AI matches the system records; * Replace and monitor label/batch replacements for product identification; * When necessary, open FNCP (Non-Conformance Report) for stock analysis and identify suspicious products according to internal instructions to guarantee the quality of products shipped to customers; * In case of product returns, open FNCP, identify the product, and transfer it to Warehouse AI to ensure proper analysis and/or disposition of the returned product; * Verify selection priority to fulfill customer orders when applicable; * Follow guidance provided by the Quality Department regarding selection methods and sampling procedures; * Close FNCPs in the system to keep it updated. 2512070202191180292
